We take great pride in our work and the people that are dedicated to making our team successful. Below is some information about our lead staff members. Both of our vinyl graphic installers are 3M certified, and are constantly updating their training to maintain multiple areas of certification. Together with our assistant staff members, these are the AllStars of AllStar Branding, Inc. The education, experience, and values of our people combine to make the difference and is why we have quickly become the “favorite install team” of our clients.
Chad Martin: Lead Installer
1996 Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration: Messiah College, Grantham, PA
Chad has worked as an owner, production manager, and lead graphic installer for 10 years in the graphics industry. In 2005, Chad turned his focus solely to installation services. He has successfully passed certification testing as a graphic installer with both the UASG / 3M and the PDAA. Chad has also recently completed 3M advanced training for 8624 Rough Texture & Di-Noc Films.
Chad was born and raised in Virginia. He now resides in Maryland with his wife and two children.
Shannon Sehlke: Lead Installer
2001 Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration: College of Charleston, Charleston, SC
Shannon has worked as a graphic installer with certified installation firms during the last 5 years. His confidence, attention to detail, and professionalism are key to his success as a lead installer. He has successfully passed certification testing as a graphic installer with both the UASG/3M and the PDAA. Shannon has also recently completed 3M advanced training for 8624 Rough Texture & Di-Noc Films.
Shannon was born and raised in Houston, TX. He now resides in Northern Virginia with his wife.
Gene Giger: Lead Project Manager, Outdoor Advertising
Gene has worked as a billboard and graphic installer for 25 years.
His devotion to his projects and the client’s satisfaction are essential to the success of his projects. While Gene regularly installs adhesive vinyl for fleet and wall graphic projects, his niche is in outdoor advertising. His ingenuity and vast experience with design, fabrication, mechanics, and heavy equipment enable him to make the extreme possible.
Gene was born and raised in Louisiana, where he and his family enjoy their lake camp. He and his wife Jan have a residence in Maryland and frequently travel nationwide to serve the needs of our clients. Check out our Extreme Branding page for examples of Gene’s projects.
